Erasmus+

Knyaginino University actively works in the framework of the European Commission Foundation supporting educational projects, ERASMUS PLUS.

Partners in the NGEU grant programs are the President St. Wojciechowski State University of Applied Sciences in Kalisz (Poland) and Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences (Germany). Educational institutions are NGEU partners within the exchange of scientific and methodological experience.

Cooperation involves the development of academic mobility of students and staff members. NGEU students have the opportunity to participate in short-term educational mobility (up to 6 months), to undergo practical training, and teachers can improve their professional skills or gain experience in teaching at a foreign University.

At the President St. Wojciechowski State University of Applied Sciences in Kalisz second-year students can be trained in areas such as management (business administration), engineering and information technology.

In addition, NGIEU developed and accredited master’s study program MBA “International agricultural management” in cooperation with Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences.

To participate in academic mobility programs, you must have a foreign language proficiency (English, German) at level B 2 (see Common European framework of reference for foreign languages), have no debts for the past and current sessions, and have a valid passport.

To improve the level of foreign language proficiency it is possible to take courses in foreign language communication, organized by the Department of “Foreign languages” (certificate is issued).

Students who wish to participate in training programs abroad have to apply to the Center of international cooperation and take an interview, which takes place in two stages: internal and with the host institution. In the course of selection students’ receptive and productive speech skills as well as knowledge of grammar are checked. Only those who passed the internal selection are allowed to the second stage-interviews with the host institution online.

Employees and teachers of the University are also allowed to participate in the Erasmus+ program. Staff members should have knowledge of foreign languages. Working languages: English, German. Teachers who have passed the internal selection will have to take an online interview with representatives of the Erasmus+ program of the host University.
